• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.

• Total Delivery Time: Processing time + shipping time. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Method

We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping: Orders of $30 or more (after discounts and before tax) qualify for free shipping within the United States.

• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $30 will incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

5. Shipping Coverage

• We currently only ship within the United States.

• International Shipping: We do not provide international shipping at this time. In the future, if international shipping becomes available, the recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties, customs, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

6. Duties and Taxes

• Within the United States: No duties or customs taxes are required.

• Future International Orders: All applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
