1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in a variety of planters, including cone-shaped, cylindrical, rectangular, and triangular designs, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time: 7–15 business days via FedEx within the United States.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States. Orders under $30 will incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, all duties, customs fees, and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments only via PayPal, which supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (processed securely through PayPal).
6. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some exclusions apply (e.g., personalized products, clearance items). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
